This Privacy Policy explains what information Workers Comp Estimator collects, how we use it, and what choices you have. Our public calculators do not include an attorney inquiry form. This policy also addresses information submitted through the former claim-review form.

Workers Comp Estimator is operated by GSD Local Marketing, based in East Wenatchee, Washington. We are an independent publisher. We are not a law firm, insurance company, or government agency.

2. Calculator Inputs and Browser Storage
Calculations run in your browser. We do not send your wages, benefit amounts, impairment rating, or injury selections to an attorney through these calculators. Your selected state may remain in your browser’s local storage so it can be reused across calculators. Clear site data in your browser to remove it.
Calculator analytics can include the two-letter selected state and calculator type, but not wages, benefit amounts, injury details, or contact information. Ordinary use of the calculators is not a request for attorney contact.
3. Information We Do Collect
Usage and analytics data. We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use this site. These services may process network information, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URLs, engagement, calculator type, selected state, and outbound clicks. Our custom calculator events do not include wages, benefit amounts, or injury details. Analytics and advertising providers process information under their own policies.
Cookies. This site uses cookies for two purposes:
- Analytics cookies track aggregate site usage (Google Analytics or similar).
- Advertising cookies are set by our third-party ad partners to serve relevant ads based on your browsing behavior.
4. Third-Party Advertising
We display third-party advertisements through Google AdSense. These networks use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies is described at google.com/policies/technologies/ads. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
We do not control what data these ad networks collect or how they use it. Their privacy policies govern their data practices.
5. Direct Sponsor Contact and Advertising
We are an independent advertising publisher, not a law firm. We do not evaluate your claim or recommend or select a lawyer for you. A sponsored listing is paid advertising, not an endorsement or a ranking of lawyers by skill or likely outcome.
When an attorney sponsors a placement, an identified advertisement may link directly to that firm’s website or show a tracking phone number that connects to the firm. No sponsor contact link or tracking number is activated without actual sponsor details. We do not send your calculator inputs with those links.
Contacting a firm is your choice. Its privacy policy, intake process, and contact terms apply. A tracking-number provider may process call metadata; any recording, disclosures, and consent requirements must be addressed before that service is activated. Website click counts do not prove an inquiry, retained client, or successful case.
We do not currently connect claim-review forms to WorkersComp.com, ServiceDirect, or 4LegalLeads. Our former attorney inquiry form has been removed.
6. Previously Submitted Inquiries
The former claim-review form collected contact information, state, city, injury category, preferred contact time, optional claim notes, and any included calculator context. It stored submissions in our lead inbox and sent an email alert to the operator. Contact-consent wording, acceptance time, and source were saved with those records. Removing the form does not automatically delete earlier submissions or email copies.
We no longer collect new claim inquiries through that form. To request access to or deletion of a previous submission, or to ask about any previous disclosure, contact [email protected]. Do not include medical records or detailed injury information in a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
We do not sell new claim inquiries through the removed form. Advertising technologies and any future paid data-sharing arrangement can raise separate privacy-law questions; this policy does not characterize all advertising processing as exempt from sale or sharing rules.
7. Privacy Rights, Including Washington Residents
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, information about disclosures, or withdrawal of consent, and to opt out of certain processing. Send requests to [email protected]. We do not assume that calculator use or the removal of an inquiry form makes privacy laws inapplicable.
Injury details in prior submissions may constitute consumer health data under Washington’s My Health My Data Act. A general permission to receive calls or texts is not a substitute for health-data collection or sharing consent, or a separate authorization where required. We do not ask visitors to submit new health information through a claim-review form.
Washington residents can contact us about prior health-related submissions, disclosures, consent withdrawal, or deletion. Questions about the Act and consumer complaints can also be directed to the Washington Attorney General. Any future collection or sharing of consumer health data requires review of the applicable policy, consent, and rights-handling requirements before launch.
8. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Data Security
We use standard security measures appropriate for the type of data we handle. Security considerations include historical inquiry records, email alerts, analytics, advertising services, and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our data practices change. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. A policy update does not replace any consent or authorization required by applicable law.
